How do I cancel an order?

Please be aware that a lot of work goes into preparing these orders so please be mindful when canceling, especially if there are a lot of fresh items as we may be unable to return these to the store. 


If you would like to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible - send us a message on Facebook and let us know. You have 2 hours from placing your order to do so, as our pickers will be preparing your order immediately. 


If fresh items have already been prepared and can't be returned - you may be charged for these items.


If you continuously cancel orders, you may be blacklisted from our store.
